*Step One: You return 20 letters to the school by no later than Tuesday April 17; and send 10 email (or additional 10 snail mails) by next Tuesday. *Only email those who you know would like to give online. You will copy and paste your sponsorship letter into your email and then encourage them to visit our website to process a donation. Also, you must copy Justin Browning on each email so we can track those donations appropriately: justinb@cfbroadcast.net
*Step Two: You place a follow-up phone call or email or text reminder on April 30th (if you have not heard from them); all follow up must be done by April 30th as tracking sheets must be turned in on that day. Note: from April 24th until April 30 use social media to follow up at least once, but you can do an extra text or facebook message by April 30 as you like; only one need be logged on your tracking sheet)
*Step Three: You turn in your tracking sheet by April 30th – so by then all of our Adult Fundraisers will have turned in their letters and placed a follow-up phone call as well. Tracking sheets must be turned in by April 30th for students to qualify for their t-shirt and any class room promotion you have that day.
